Augere scores the project against the six-pillar framework: deal structure, legal opinion, risk records, financial standing, collateral and documentation. Mandatory qualifications ensure any funder sees a sound deal.
A structuring call with the client to refine deal positioning and confirm the document pack is complete and optimally presented.
Augere submits to the funder network and manages the evaluation through to a term sheet, staying with the deal, not handing it off.
